In its continuous effort to offer quality registral services that can meet the clients’ needs better and better, the 6th TDRO was awarded ISO 9001, in November, 2004, world reference in quality excellence.

QUALITY POLICY
Creating a new concept of Notary Public, through investment in new technology and equipment, promoting its clients well-being and providing its clerks with educational development, aiming at continuously improving its Quality Management System.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
The 6th Titles and Documents Registry Office commits itself to render services so as to evidence, throughout its processes, sound professional ethics, compliance to enforced legislation and absolute respect for human rights, trying to request these same standards from their partners and restricting commercial relations with any corporation that does not share these basic values.

TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SA8000, THE 6th TDRO:
Does neither adopt nor support child labor (children under 16 years of age), unless as apprentices;
• Does neither get involved with nor support forced labor;
• Does not tolerate any kind of discrimination or abusive disciplinary practices among its clerks;
• Guarantees a safe and pleasant workspace;
• Respects clerks’ freedom of association and freedom of collective bargaining rights;
• Fully complies with the enforced legislation, in particular with the CLT – Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (Consolidation of Labor Laws), as well as with the international regulating rules, conventions and recommendations;
• Fosters its stakeholders’ participation in social action programs, believing that each of them will prompt such programs’ increase and feasibility;
• Intensely strives to thoroughly implement, maintain and publicize its commitments, involving stakeholders, aiming at the continuous improvement of its Social Responsibility Management System.
