The Global Compact is an initiative developed by the United Nations Organization (UNO), with the aim of mobilizing the international entrepreneuring community to the adoption, in its business practices, of the fundamental and internationally accepted values in the areas of human rights, work relations, environment and corruption fighting, encompassed in 10 principles.

Companies and partners who adopt a set of principles based on laws accepted all around the world, weaving a thoroughly respectable net of communications and social actions, which promotes sustainable development and corporative citizenship – a magnificent forum, where companies exchange information about their experiences and learn with each other, proving that business based on universal laws produce greater stability, equality and inclusion in the global market.

Principle 1
Support and respect the protection of the human rights;

Principle 2
Do not take part in human rights violation;

Principle 3
Respect and support association freedom and effectively recognize the right of collective bargaining;

Principle 4
Support the elimination of all kinds of slave or compulsory work;

Principle 5
Support the effective erradication of child work;

Principle 6
Eliminate all kinds of discrimination and abusive disciplinary practices;

Principle 7
Support a preventive approach to environmental challenges;

Principle 8
Promote environmental responsibility initiatives;

Principle 9
Foster the development of environmentally sustainable technologies;

Principle 10
Fight all kinds of corruption, including extortion and bribery.
